I normally like rain. It's normally fun to run around in... except that normally springtime rain.. its been a while since we had heavy wintertime rain.
Since I don't own a decent pair of shoes anymore (or flipflops, since I normally wear flipflops in the rain), I spent most of these rainy days at home.
I end up sleeping A LOT... mostly to make up for my lack of sleep during finals, and partially because rain makes me sleep quiet soundly.. and a little bit because there's no sun or roommate to wake me up. The 8-10 hours I am awake I end up using doing pretty much nothing around the house..
I set up my Christmas tree, I was actually supposed to fix Connie's computer, but both of us forget and in the back of my head I remembered I needed to do something, so I set up the tree instead. In the process of setting up the tree, I cleaned out parts of the garage to get to the tree. God knows when was the last time I set the thing up. Still did not find the box with the ornaments though... so my mom stuck a bunch of random stuffed animals and Christmas cards on there. Guess where all my bunnies ended up.
I rearranged my dad's office. He's never home anyways. Then after rearranging it, I moved my desktop in there and successfully took over his office. All his stuff is now in a pretty big pile in the corner of the room.
By moving my desktop out of my room, I effectively took my room back from my sister. So now she can mess up my dad's office while I get my room back to myself. Though its rather empty cause pretty much everything got moved into my dad's office..
I eat a lot. Normally when its the middle of the night and I'm hungry while studying or whatever, there's no food around so I just suck it up or sleep. Now there's food everywhere. I like rice. There's always rice around. I eat a lot of rice. I occasionally have 4 meals a day again in an 8 hour period, late lunch, early dinner, late dinner, and after-midnight snack.
As soon as it stops raining I'm going to wash my car.. and go running. I missing having time to run. Stupid finals.
Oh... and I realize that I skip around the house and crash into things.
