It's another long weekend! Anyone who follows this blog remotely often probably knows I like to do stuff to my car on long holidays.
So, this holiday, oil change! Well deserved after that Vegas trip. Oh, and more air for the tires.. Obama's solution for fuel economy.
Then I washed the car! Since it rained all last month, I never really had a chance. With the nice weather today, I figured, why stop at just a wash?
So I scrubbed it down further with some chemicals. It probably ate away some of my skin too; the fumes irritated the eyes. But at least it got rid of those pesky orange dots from whatever makes those.
After it became super clean, I polished it. Shiny! weeeeeee. My little strip of chrome in the front of the car is like a mirror now... a weird distorting mirror.
Wax! Car feels sooo smooooth after the wax. Even shiner too! I would lie on it and touch it all day long if I could... except I might just slide right off.. like all the towels I tried to put on it.
Course, this was all done by "wiping in a circular motion" everywhere many many time over and over again.. I should invest in one of those spinny things. Hands feel so tired now... but car is shiny!
