left handedness sucks

OK, before back in the old old days when we were in high school, it didn't matter too much if you were left handed or right handed, the desk was big enough to accommodate either hand, and you had your own desk most of the time.

Well. Lecture halls don't work that way. They're all right handed small little pop out desks that make it annoying to take notes with left hand. Not too bad, you sit on the left side of the room and sit slightly sideways. If you come to lecture SUPER early, you can fight for he handful of lefty desks ( I swear they're the first ones to fill up, and the people who fill them up use laptops.. -.-)

Now what's bugging me even more is that.. my desk in my room is a righty desk. IT SUCKS BALLS. My desk at home was symmetrical, so it had equal amounts of space on both left and right side (which is normal for big desks). But my dorm desk has much more space on the right side, and nothing on the left side (cept Daniel's dresser.. which is kinda a extension of my desk). No likey.

One of these days, we lefties (studies show that lefties are smarter but have a higher risk of brain problems) will take over the world and redesign scissors, lecture hall desks, and everything to be lefties. :D
